  1. I don't think it was fair that Pembroke didn't let fever victims in it's city because they were just seaking help. But I also think that they were just scared and did not want the fever.

  2. I don't think it was fair because the sick should only stay and the people who are healthy should have to leave so they don't get sick from the fever and they should stay with a relative that aren't sick either.

  7. I do think it was fair to keep fever victims from escaping Philidelphia. I think so because they would have made it spread throughout the country and got many people sick. Probably even Make them die.

  8. no because it is not fair for other people to get sick. if people go to another state they can infect other people and get them sick.

  9. I think that people with the Yellow Fever should not been allowed into Pembroke. I have this thought because Pembroke was not very infected with the disease. So Why would they allow infected people into the city just to get their own citizens sick. I agree with the thought infected people should not be allowed into Pembroke.

  13. The town of Pembroke was very right for not allowing sick victims through. The sick could of very well tooken the disease to another town, and made it spread more.

  14. I don't think it is fair to the people of Phili, even if they aren't infected. Even though it was not fair, it had to be done for the safety of the rest of the states.

  15. I don't think it is fair to the people of Pembroke because what if they didn't have the fever and couldn't get out.I also thought it wasn't fair for the one to stay away from their family when they were sick.

  16. I think it was fair because what if they did get out and spread the disease throughout the whole city. PEOPLE COULD DIE!

  18. I think it was totally fair to keep the people in Philadalphia. I think so because wouldnt you rather have just one state infected with this disease rather than the whole country. If they know where it is spreading and where it is staying they can also get rid of it faster. I wouldnt want to stay in that one state but I would rather keep the disease in there than having it spread to the whole country. Also, It could go to other countries because of importing and flying people out.

  19. I think it is not fair if other people are tring to get rid of yellow fever. If they arllready got rid of the yellow fever and if the some peopel in the town allready had yellow fever if they catch it again the could get really sick. They would ethier die or they could fully recover from yellow fever. If everybody how catch it if people that have allready caught it that it could probaly could die from caughting it again.

  20. No. I don't think it was fair. The fever victims didn't want to die. The people of Pembroke could have given them a safe place to stay.
